Miami artist Joel Alvarez has a new take on body art that involves duct tape and beautiful girls. The Black Tape Project was created when Alvarez, a longtime fashion photographer, decided to tape up a model he was working with as a play on the censor bar we're all accustomed to seeing. He found it perfect because it not only did it comply with all social media guidelines, it was unique enough to peak the interest of many prominent models online. From there, the popularity grew, so much that event planners wanted these provocatively tapped women at their venues, rappers want them in their music videos, and orders for Halloween costumes are starting to stack up. The BTP now offers a variety of packages including, BTP girls appearances, live tape shows, seductive fire shows, atmosphere modeling, individual photo shoots, holiday parties, and now Halloween costumes.
