Mark Z, the realtor selling the mansion, said he was taken aback when he first walked in. "I was shocked that the decor has not been updated from back in time when this was the style," he said.
That time is the 1990s. "I feel like I went back in time," said realtor Mark Z. "The colors are unique. The decor is unique." He isn't surprised the listing is starting to go viral. The house on Forest Bay Drive boasts more than 10,000 square feet, six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a million dollar lake view. The various shades of pink, purple and turquoise travel from room to room. It's on sale for approximately $800,000, although it was appraised for $1.8 million. The mansion also has features like a home theater and an indoor in-ground pool in the lower level.
