This was another huge, successful DFW con at the brand new Irving Convention Center. Popular guests were brought in including: Stan Lee, Leonard Nimoy, Carrie Fisher and Tom Jane! Saturday was packed shoulder to shoulder and experience some disorganization as schedules and policies were not uniformly known. Sunday was better for the straggling con-goers as the fourth floor was opened up to house the Q&A room. Parking seemed to be a problem as the convention's own parking garage filled up before 11am and required the rest to be shuttled from a nearby parking garage. The vendor's room was massive with plenty of tables to show off toys, comics and art. All in all a great con and hopefully you got to listen in on the great guests. Stan Lee and Leonard Nimoy were especially worth the wait.
